Will be responsible for creating content and ensuring timely updates of all digital media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter Websites etc.

Process vendor invoices, subcontractor payments, and site-level purchase bills.
Monitor collections from clients, update ageing reports, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Reconcile ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in preparation of annual budgets and project budgets.
Monitor actuals vs. budget; highlight deviations and cost overruns.
Support decision-making with cost and profitability analysis.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF/ESI (if applicable), and other statutory returns.
Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with internal/external auditors.
Maintain compliance documentation as per company and statutory standards.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly cash flow statements.
Manage bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and fund flow for sites.
Handle LC, BG, and other banking instruments relevant to construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction accounting and project costing.
Expertise in Tally ERP / SAP / construction ERP systems.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting functions).
Strong analytical, documentation, and reconciliation skills.
Integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate with site teams and cross-functional departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce; MBA (Finance) or CA Inter preferred.
3–6 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in a construction or infrastructure company.
Hands-on exposure to GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audit processes.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, databases, and networking.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and niche positions.
Conduct market mapping when required.
Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Evaluate resumes and shortlist profiles aligned to job requirements.
Share validated candidate profiles with the internal HR team or hiring manager.
Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection cycle.
Facilitate salary negotiation and offer discussions when authorized.
Maintain clear communication with hiring managers on progress, challenges, and candidate availability.
Provide timely updates on recruitment status and closure timelines.
Ensure smooth onboarding handover after a successful hire.
Maintain proper documentation of candidate records, interview notes, and status trackers.
Adhere to confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
Submit weekly/monthly MIS reports as agreed.
Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms.
Good communication and interviewing skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles independently.
Time management, target orientation, and attention to detail.
Experience hiring for mid-level, senior-level, or niche roles preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate).
Experience recruiting for IT, non-IT, or industry-specific roles is an advantage.
